Many things that can hang on a wall or sit on a shelf; including trivites that can lay, sit, or hang.
The images you'll see are created in the folowing ways:
IMPRESSIONS are made by pressing plants or objects into soft clay, leaving a depression. When the clay is dry, a glaze can be brushed into the depression, then wiped off the surface leaving an image to be fired.
TRANSFER PRINTS are simlar to decals; an image is printed onto film and attached to the surface via heat or glue. Images 7 & 13(top)
TONER PRINTS take advantage of iron in printer toner. Applying the unfused image to damp clay, the powdery toner is absorbed by the clay. Fired, the iron produces a permanent glaze sepia image. Images 11, 13 (botttom).
